1. The service

TakeWithU operates an online marketplace connecting Senders who need items delivered with Bringers travelling a matching route. TakeWithU is not a courier, freight carrier, or logistics company — we facilitate the connection, chat, payment collection and dispute support between independent users.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, provide accurate identity information, and keep your login credentials secure. Bringers must complete identity verification before accepting tasks.

3. Payments

Senders authorize payment when accepting an offer; funds are captured once delivery is confirmed. TakeWithU deducts a platform fee (see Pricing) before releasing funds to the Bringer. Users may not arrange payment outside the platform.

4. Insurance

Items are covered up to $500 only when the entire transaction (offer acceptance and delivery confirmation) occurs on TakeWithU. Claims must be reported to support@sparkbizsols.com promptly.

5. Prohibited items

Illegal substances, hazardous materials, firearms/weapons, and anything prohibited by applicable law may not be sent through TakeWithU.

6. Conduct & suspension

Accounts using false information, operating as a business on the Bringer side, or violating the Community Guidelines may be suspended or terminated.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TakeWithU's liability is limited to the insurance cap described above. TakeWithU disclaims liability for acts of individual Senders and Bringers beyond that facilitation role.
