How it works

TakeWithU is a six-step process between Senders and Bringers.

1. Senders post a task — including pickup and delivery locations, size, and the price they're willing to pay.
2. We alert Bringers based on their travel plans to find a match between the task and people already heading that way.
3. Bringers make an offer to the Sender, including a date they can help.
4. The Sender accepts an offer and arranges pickup and delivery details over in-app chat.
5. The Bringer delivers the item and marks the task as delivered.
6. Sender confirms delivery within 24 hours — the Bringer gets paid, everybody celebrates.

For Bringers

A Bringer is anyone in the community who helps deliver items — by bicycle, car, van, train, bus, or on foot. If you have a free hand or spare space on a trip you're already making, you can take something with you and get paid for it.

For Senders

You decide what to pay. We show a recommended price based on similar deliveries. Every item is insured up to $500 when the full transaction — chat, offer, payment and confirmation — stays on TakeWithU.
