Community Guidelines

TakeWithU matches people who need something sent (Senders) with those going the same way who can bring it along (Bringers). These guidelines keep everyone safe and the community trustworthy.

For Senders

  1. Use your real first and last name, email and mobile number — this protects everyone in the system.
  2. Respond to Bringers promptly and kindly.
  3. Remember prices can vary between Bringers — politely decline if a quote doesn't work for you.
  4. Keep your task description accurate: size, locations and item details all matter.
  5. Keep conversations inside TakeWithU's chat so we can help if something goes wrong.
  6. Never pay in cash or accept help outside the system — doing so voids insurance protection.
  7. Contact support@sparkbizsols.com with any questions while arranging details with a Bringer.
  8. Let potential Bringers know if you're just exploring price, not ready to send yet.
  9. Report any user who isn't acting as they should.

For Bringers

  1. Use your real first and last name, email and mobile number.
  2. Respond to Senders promptly and kindly.
  3. TakeWithU is not a delivery auction — price alternatives should reflect fair use of your spare capacity, not a bidding war.
  4. No company accounts — TakeWithU is people helping people, not a channel for business advertising.
  5. If you accept a task, fulfill it. If you can't, notify the Sender immediately — this affects your rating.
  6. Confirm all details (item, size, locations) before agreeing to a task.
  7. If items are misrepresented at pickup, contact support@sparkbizsols.com and release yourself from the task rather than confronting the Sender.
  8. The agreed price is the full amount — no surprise charges for tolls, fuel or parking.
  9. Stay inside the system — no cash payments, which void insurance protection.
  10. Keep chat on TakeWithU so we can help if the need arises.
  11. You must personally deliver any task you accept — no subcontracting to a third party.
  12. Report any user who isn't acting as they should.
